If an achy low back gets in the way of living your life and you can’t make it to one of my live classes in Boston then “RTB Backs Track” is the right place to be. As a person who herself experienced low back pain due to L4/L5 disc herniation I know firsthand how awful this can be. But there is hope. Many of our low back pain symptoms are not stemming from the spinal discs themselves but rather are a consequence of weak and tight musculature. Poor movement biomechanics and postural compensations are the real culprits here. Since the majority of low back pain is due to movement compensation this can be corrected with the right approach. This online corrective exercise program allows you to do this in the comfort of your home with safe, exceptional results. This is the appropriate place to start if you wish to have the ability to be mobile and active again after suffering from low back pain. You will have access to a Private Facebook page specific to this track should you ever need to reach out. I’m here for you.

Note: We will be going through a safety screening as part of the RTB Backs program. I always recommend my clients work with their doctor to rule out possible structural causes of low back pain. The instruction and advice presented herein are in no way intended to be a substitute for medical counseling. If you have spinal stenosis, osteoporosis, currently have a muscle tear, muscle strain or have rheumatoid arthritis then this program is not appropriate for you and should not be used. If you are pregnant and experience low back pain please contact me for Pre/Post Natal training options. There is a special way to train Pre/Post Natal clients experiencing low back pain.
My Back Injury Story
In 2010, I could not walk properly due to my own low back pain issues. I gained a bunch of weight and I even lost my job because I couldn’t stand for long periods anymore. I can honestly say it was one of the worst times of my life-especially as an aspiring Fitness Professional. In truth I never thought I could be active again, much less have the opportunity to help people just like you to feel better. An MRI showed that I had L4/L5 disc herniation and my doctor told me surgery was my only alternative. I knew from my study in kinesiology that surgery was not always the best solution. I asked for physical therapy like any sensible person but unfortunately insurance cut me off before I could improve.
That’s when I got obsessed with figuring it out for myself. I couldn’t accept that my life would remain so limited. So I became certified in corrective exercise.
To my surprise as I applied the techniques I found that not only was I able to walk without limping; but for the first time in years I was completely moving pain free!! That tension and tightness in my low back was relieved. As I found out later, over 95% of injury is related to muscle imbalances.
I am pleased to bring this track to you from my own experience with low back pain and from my corrective exercise expertise. Fitness DVDs are a plenty but training your core in the generic way is not going to solve your problems, I promise you. You need to address the root of the problem and not be rushed by someone who has never experienced it for themselves. This track is a wonderful non-surgical solution because only a small percentage of low back pain will actually require surgery. Give this light stretching muscle re-educating program a try! It’s a fraction of the cost for what I charge my clients and it works. If you’re out there suffering without access to help like I was, please know I created this corrective exercise training system just for you.
